TRACE-RICE explained the "world of rice"; during the second edition of FIC.A -International Science Festival and take the opportunity for testing the consumer acceptance of innovative rice beverage. This event took place from the 10th to the 16th October 2022, at the Hub-ACT, Porto Salvo in Oeiras and was a truly international celebration of science and knowledge within society. For 7 days, the festival brought together a hundred of entities and offered a broadly of interactive activities with the public so that, in a sensorial and appealing way, they understand that ‘’science is in everything”.
