IATA presented the poster "Understanding the marketed plant-based beverages: from ingredients technological function to their nutritional value" at the "X International PhD Student Symposium IATA" which took place on the 20th of October at the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology in Paterna, Valencia, Spain.
