The scientific work done by IATA-CSIC received an award at the 10th Food Science, Biotechnology & Safety Congress, Latin Food 2022, organized by the Mexican Association of Food Science and held November 16-18th in Puebla, Mexico. This work was under the title "Benchmarking of rice-based beverages", and won the first prize as an oral presentation in the area of Food Product Development and Sensory Evaluation.
