At the TRACE-RICE final conference in October, several key teams presented their innovative research and developments:

• The Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA/CSIC), Spain, delivered a presentation titled “Towards Safer, Sustainable, and Greener Rice Processing: Cutting-Edge Strategies.”
• The Desarrollos Panaderos Levantinos, S.L. (DPL), Spain, team introduced “Developing Innovative Food and Beverages by Integrating Rice-Based Ingredients.”
• The Instituto de Biologia Experimental e Tecnológica (iBET), Portugal, explored “Unlocking the Potential of Rice: Innovative Extraction Methods and Bioactive Compound Analysis.”
• The Building Global Innovators (BGI) team presented the “Scalable and interoperable blockchain for rice”
