TRACE-RICE at Predoctoral Student Conference
TRACE RICE project was present atthe VIII IATA-CSIC Predoctoral Student Conference. Our colleague, Eva Grau, a predoctoral student under the TRACE-RICE project, has exposed her firsts PhD results. The PhD will address food safety cost-effective solutions avoiding the use of chemical products in rice ready-to-eat products (WP2) and food quality correlations between rice compositional characteristics and the development of capabilities to convert by-products and waste into innovative and valuable ingredients (WP3).
