The TRACE-RICE project was present, last October, at IV International Meeting of the Portuguese Society of Genetics, University of Minho in Braga, which included sessions in DNA-based approaches for organisms' detection and monitoring, such as (e)DNA (meta)barcoding, metagenomics and related approaches. The poster "Enhancing molecular screening of hidden insect infestation in rice grains by COI barcoding" was presented.
